In order to to fully uninstall the software, please follow those steps:
Before removing the software, make sure to save the product key, in order to use it for the new installation.
The license can be found in the About information in the software menu
1. Uninstall MCE.2 from the Control Panel
2. Open MCE-100 folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\MCE-100), delete all files excluding "MaintenanceApps" folder
3. Open registry (regedit) and delete mce info:
3.a hkey current user > software > MCE
3.b hkey local machine software > MCE (if not found in software directly, open sub category wow6432node)
Then you need to proceed and install the software
You can download the software from: https://install.mce-sys.com.
Please make sure that it will be installed with admin permissions (right click on the installation file > run as admin)
Please note that you'll have to insert your product key.
Kindly note that:
1. Admin permissions are required for installation
2. We recommend to download the software via Google Chrome
