If a "Check your internet connection" message even when internet connection is fine, please:
1. Make sure that there are no internet connectivity issues.
2. It's possible, that the software is being blocked by IT configuration / Firewall / Anti-Virus.
Please check with your IT if something is blocked and whether it's possible to temporally shut down the Firewall / Anti-Virus.
