If you are having issues with the shortcut -
*Does not open
*Disappeared
*Has an error when trying to open
You can try and create a new shortcut from the root mce folder.
Instructions:
1. Open MCE-100 folder - located in C:\Program Files (x86)\MCE-100
2. Locate Shortcuts.exe in C:\Program Files (x86)\MCE-100
3. Delete the current mce shortcut that you have on your desktop
4. Run C:\Program Files (x86)\MCE-100\Shortcuts.exe as an admin
Check if you are able to open the software now.
If the software still won't work, please open a Zendesk ticket.
