License Inquiries

Issue Activating A License:

If you are having an issue activating your product key, please send us  the key (by email or by opening a ticket in Zendesk) so we can check it's status.

Locate Your Product Key:

The product key can be found in the software menu, in the About information (menu is on the top left side of the software).
